Landscape pricing is complex. The final investment depends upon the size and shape of your property, the condition of your soil, slopes and other natural landscaping features, the scope of the project, drive time, your chosen plants, materials, and more. Although many factors determine the final investment, here is a general guide to help you budget.

Budget Range $3,000 - $10,000

** Can include some of the following:
 

  • Front entry general landscapes and plantings

  • Small Paver Patios

  • Landscape Demolition Services

  • Large Mulch Installation

  • Sod Installation 

  • Small Drainage Solutions

  • Gravel Driveway Installation

  • Specialty Features (Fire-pits, Boulder Install, etc.)

Budget Range $10K - $25K

** Can include some of the following:

  • General Landscapes and Planting (whole home)

  • Medium Size Paver Patios 

  • Small Retaining Walls 

  • Seat walls and columns around medium sized patios

  • Paver Driveway Installation

*Requires Landscape Design Service* $250 minimum initial design fee (typically 1–3% of total project cost)

Budget Range $25K - $50K

** Can include some of the following:
 

  • Large Paver Patios with surrounding landscape and plantings

  • Seat wall and columns around larger patios 

  • Medium/Large retaining walls
